What is your role at the forbinfi, and what are your primary responsibilities?

My primary responsibilities of a Customer Care Specialist include communicating with clients who submit tickets, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

How long have you been with the company, and what initially attracted you to this role?

I have been with VGM for 18 years, 1.5 years of that with forbinfi.

Can you share a bit about your career journey and how you ended up in your current position?

VGM is made up of different divisions, so I’ve moved around those. I’ve moved from Homelink to Associates and now here in Forbin. All of my positions at VGM have been involved with either patient care or customer service. I came down to Forbin because I knew it would be a good twist on what I was already doing. I got to learn something new and deal with different types of customers rather than patients.

What skills or experiences from previous roles have been most valuable in your current position?

Managing time and prioritizing customer care and communication.

Any hobbies or passions you'd like to share?

Anything with gardening, crafts and music.

Are you currently binge-watching any shows?

Landman on Paramount.

If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Braised Short Rib from Gordon Ramsey.

What’s one item you can’t live without?

Chapstick.

If you could pick any superpower, what would it be and why?

Telepathy.

What are your thoughts on the importance of community banking?

I feel the importance of community banking is personalized service and attention, building relationships and a commitment to serving the community.
